What is a Role-Playing Game?
Humans are not just naturally social; they are storytellers. Since ancient times, we’ve passed down stories of our history and ancestors—first through words spoken by the fire, then through increasingly sophisticated media, culminating in today’s era, where global interaction is easier than ever.
Dice, tokens, figurines, and playing cards have replaced stones, twigs, and debris. The Internet has revolutionized the pen-and-paper experience. Yet the primal need to invent myths and legends, whether alone or in groups, endures and will continue forever. To relax and unwind after a long day, there is nothing quite like a role-playing game.
Why play a role-playing game?
Because this complex, emotionally intense game—with difficulty that scales over time—is not just entertainment. It is a powerful way to reveal and develop your skills, whether in strategy, empathy, comedy, or tragedy.
If you want to learn or improve your improvisational acting skills, spend an original evening with friends, or embark on an epic quest for months, I will immerse you in a pre-selected world, be it fantastical or historical.

Rules available
Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition
The fifth edition (2014) of this popular, long-standing system traces its origins to the 1970s. It’s the most refined version yet, combining simplicity, swift action, and flexibility. Though designed for and ideally suited to medieval fantasy (heroic fantasy) settings, these qualities allow it to adapt to different worlds, including realistic and contemporary ones.
Game-Orchestra
This system was created by Justin Durel in 2008 but has roots that go back further to what would become Aquaventure and Terra Orchestra, among others. It’s still being finalized, with rules for crafting, combat, healing, and magic. It is ideal but not mandatory for Les Chroniques Partielles (the game).
